E-POSTER:

1. Content: Background, Problem statement, Objective, Methodology, Findings, and Contribution to Society. Also, include the authors’ names and university logo.
2. Poster size: A2 (420 mm x 594 mm), Orientation – Potrait, Formats – .pdf.
3. The top section of your Poster must display the following information: Title of your Paper, Name(s) of the Author(s) and Affiliation(s).
4. The poster should be a clear visual presentation.
5. Rename your e-poster file according to the following format (iJURECON2023_Innovation ID.pdf)

30 participants will be chosen based on the poster submission to be presented physically in Kolej GENIUS Insan during iJURECON2023. Presenters are required to attend and demonstrate their innovation. Other participants will be presented using pre-recorded videos. Presenters are required to create a 10-minute video presentation as below.

10-MINUTE VIDEO:

1. Content: Background, Problem statement, Objective, Methodology, Findings, Contribution to Society, and Project Demo.
2. Rename your video file according to the following format (iJURECON2023_Innovation ID.mp4).
3. All presenters must submit video recordings in MP4 format. Presenters should be visible in both the video recording and/or within the frames/slides.
4. All video recordings must be in landscape format and not more than 10 minutes.
5. All wording on the presentation must be clear and large enough to read.

a. Poster
• Novelty (new Ideas): 5%
• Innovativeness: 5%
• Content (Problem statement, objective, methodology, result, and discussion): 30%
• Cost effectiveness: 10%
• Impact: 5%
• Creativity: 5%

b. Physical presentation/pre-recorded video
• Applicability (demonstration): 15%
• Creativity (Design of Ideas): 5%
• Confidence: 10%
• Involvement: 10%
• Q&A: 10%

2. The judges’ decision is final.
